1. What time is check in? Can I arrange for an early check- in? Is there any charge for it
Check in is from 3pm. Early check-in is possible free of charge if the room is ready, however this depends on availability. We would encourage you to book an additional night before your arrival date to guarantee an early check-in.

Can I arrange for a late check-out?
This is subject to availability. Please enquire at Reception on the day of arrival or during your stay.

2. Where is check-in for Sloane Place?
Check-in is to be done at The Sloane Club at the following address: 52 Lower Sloane Street, Chelsea, SW1W 8BS. It is located next door to Sloane Place.

3. Can I check-in online?
Yes. We encourage guests to check-in online to limit social contact and to reduce time at check-in. You will still need to come to Reception to collect your keys.

4. Can I check-out online?
Only non-corporate reservations can use this service. You will receive an email the day before departure to review your bill and allow you to pay any outstanding balance. You can also select your departure time so that Reception will know when to check-you out

5. Do you have Express check-out?
Yes. We encourage guests to use Express check-out as you will not need to pass by Reception. You will receive your bill the day before departure. If the bill is correct, no action is needed as we will use the credit/debit card we pre-authorised upon check-in. Otherwise, please call Reception. You can also leave your keys in the room once you depart.

6. Can I store my luggage if the room is not ready? Is there any charge for it?
Yes, however a charge of £10 per bag will be applied. Luggage can be stored for up to 12 hours.

7. Can I store my bags after check-out? Is there a charge for it?
Yes, however a charge of £10 per bag will be applied. Luggage can be stored for up to 12 hours.

8. Do you have a car company that can pick us up from the airport?
Although we do not have a car company, we currently work with a professional car service “Cromwell Cars” who have introduced additional safety measures to protect against COVID-19. Reception can always book a car for you to be picked up from the airport, or from Sloane Place. The price for the car service depends on the airport, number of passengers and luggage.

9. Why do I have to provide my credit/debit card upon arrival, if I have already checked in online?
In order to correctly verify the identity of the cardholder, you will need to provide us with the card used for payment at the time of booking. We will also preauthorise your card for £1 via chip and pin which will be used to pay for the accommodation charges, and guarantee any incidental charges. We are unable to accept any cash.

10. Is my ID/passport required upon check-in?

EU Residents: A national ID card, Passport or EU driver’s licence is required.

NON-UK & NON-EU Residents: We can only accept a Passport as a valid photo-ID.

11. What is the cost for a cot or an extra bed?
A cot is for free of charge for children up to 2 years old, and an extra bed is £50.00 per night

12. Do you have a car park? What is the price and where is the location?
We now have a reciprocal arrangement with two local NCP car parks in Cadogan Place and Victoria, which are both 10 minutes walking distance from Sloane Place. For more information and how to book, please visit our car parking page.

13. Will any of the Sloane Place outlets be open?
Sloane Place Restaurant and Bar will be temporarily closed. However, we will be offering our guests Takeaway or Room Service. Takeaway is available Monday-Sunday: 8:00am-4:30pm. Please note that alcohol is not available. Room Service is available 24 hours daily.

14.Am I allowed to arrange for delivery from outside prior to my stay or during my stay?
Due to our COVID-19 safety measures, we are unable to accept any deliveries prior or during your stay

15. Are pets allowed?
Dogs are only allowed at a cost of £30 per dog, with an exception of guide dogs which are free of charge. Please inform Reservations prior to your arrival

16. Can I use the facilities at The Sloane Club during my stay in Sloane Place?
The Sloane Club is a private Members Club and its facilities, with the exception of Reception and The Garden Room for breakfast, are only available to Sloane Club Members or members of an affiliated Club. 17. What are the nearest stations?
Tube station – Sloane Square, and National Rail - London Victoria Station
