Known for its beautiful architecture, leafy side streets and distinct English heritage, London’s Chelsea is a stylish and peaceful neighbourhood. Our very identity is rooted in our location. The Bush of Broom, which features at the top of the Kensington & Chelsea coat of arms and grew in abundance in the area, is the inspiration for the hand-illustrated design that you see in our logo and artwork. The shrub itself provided shelter and sustenance for wildlife.
Sloane Place is, in some ways, like the Bush of Broom; an attractive space to relax, unwind, refuel and recharge.
In order to limit social contact and reduce the amount of time spent at check-in, we encourage you to please check-in online. You will receive a link to check-in online via email a few days before your stay. Upon arrival, we will still require you to present the credit/debit card used for payment at the time of booking, where we can confirm that this will cover any incidental charges upon departure. Photo identification is required for the following residents:
EU Residents: A national ID card, Passport or EU driver’s licence is required.
NON-UK & NON-EU Residents: We can only accept a Passport as a valid photo-ID.
For check-out, you can decide on either of the following options:
• Express check-out: You do not need to pass by Reception as you can call Reception the day before to review the bill over the phone. You can also leave your keys in your bedroom once you depart.
• Online check-out: You will receive an email the day before departure to review your bill and close it. (Please note that this option is only available for non-corporate reservations)
